You must provide accurate account information, keep your login secure and use the platform only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity performed through your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

Uniben Calendar helps people discover and follow academic calendars, but it does not replace official University notices. Dates and venues can change. Users should confirm important examinations, deadlines and institutional announcements through the appropriate official source.

Students may follow calendars and use student features. Calendar Assistants may manage only calendars assigned to them and must follow the Calendar Assistant Agreement. Advertisers must follow the Advertising Rules. Admin access is restricted to authorised platform operators.

• Submitting false, misleading, harmful or unlawful content.
• Attempting to access another person’s account or restricted platform systems.
• Interfering with security, payment, advert delivery or analytics.
• Scraping, overloading or misusing the service.
• Impersonating the University, a department, another user or another organisation.

Advertising campaigns are subject to payment, review, targeting limits, scheduling and available inventory. Verified website delivery is measured by the platform. Google Calendar Sponsored Notices are separately priced by selected calendar and campaign week because Google does not provide reliable event-view figures. Calendar Assistant revenue shares apply at the percentage recorded when eligible view-based advertising revenue is earned. Earnings and payouts are not wages or employment unless separately agreed in writing.

Payment or refund questions are considered according to the campaign’s circumstances and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that threaten users, publish unreliable information, breach these terms or create legal or security risks. Where reasonable, we will explain the reason and provide a way to contact us.

We work to keep the platform accurate and available, but interruptions and mistakes may occur. To the extent permitted by law, Uniben Calendar is not responsible for indirect loss caused by reliance on an outdated calendar entry, third-party website or event outside our reasonable control.

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means the revised terms apply from their published date. Questions can be sent to unibencalendar@gmail.com.
